Верховный суд Турции принял важное решение по делам ByLock, которое может стать прецедентом.
Суд постановил не привлекать к ответственности основываясь на данных CGNAT не идентифицированых пользователей ByLock, чья вина не доказана.
Как сообщил адвокат Мурат Аккоч, это решение позволит исключить тысячи людей из так называемого «списка ByLock», в котором находятся имена 91 000 человек.
Ранее суд принимал данные по CGNAT в качестве доказательства вины в использовании мессенджера ByLock, представленные Национальной разведывательной организацией и Управлением информационно-коммуникационных технологий Турции.
Согласно последнему судебному решению, пользователи мобильного приложения, чьи личности не установлены по USER ID (идентификационный номер), не могут быть привлечены к ответственности только наличие данных, полученных посредством функции CGNAT.
