«Если бы сегодня я был предпринимателем и испытывал бы те же трудности, я бы снова протестовал. Мне печально видеть сегодняшнее состояние экономики. Ее неправильно ведут, но все почему-то молчат. Или люди не считают себя жертвами, или просто боятся. В истории отечественного предпринимательства я, наверно, первый, кто так протестовал в 2001 году. Но сегодня люди боятся, опасаются перечить властям. Потому что их сразу обвинят в связях с гюленистами или курдскими сепаратистами. Никто не хочет повесить на себя такой ярлык», – сказал Чакмак.
