Касательно новостей о незаконном сборе Турцией информации об этнических турок, проживающих в Германии, глава контрразведки предупредил, что не разрешит проводить какие-либо шпионские действия на территории своей страны.
По сообщению газеты Sueddeutsche Zeitung и двух немецких телеканалов, спецслужбы Турции составили список предполагаемых лиц, симпатизирующих Фетхуллаху Гулену на территории Германии, и передали его немецкой разведке, с предложением о содействии.
Однако немецкие власти в свою очередь посчитали нужным предупредить о слежке лиц, указанных в списке.
