12-й президент Турции Реджеп Тайип Эрдоган в последние дни стал едва ли не самой заметной фигурой мирового масштаба, переплюнув, наверное, даже твиттер Трампа.
В традиционно монохромном политическом сознании украинцев он снова выглядит героем, поскольку открыто и смело пошел на обострение отношений с Владимиром Путиным. Враг моего врага – мой друг. Черно-белое мировосприятие не дает шансов другим трактовкам исторических событий. На самом деле даже на монохромной карте мира можно рассмотреть множество оттенков серого.
Турецкий президент – опытный политик. Его цель в сирийском конфликте – не только обезопасить южную границу Сирии от неадекватных элементов, а создать на территории Сирии эдакий анклав – государство в государстве, куда он планирует переместить всех сирийских беженцев. Их в Турции скопилось около 4 млн.
Учитывая, что всего один миллион беженцев, прорвавшихся в Европу, спровоцировал там огромный кризис, можно оценить, насколько большая нагрузка легла на турецкую экономику и насколько бесценную услугу для Евросоюза оказывает Эрдоган. Так что создание безопасной территории на территории Сирии для компактного проживания беженцев – цель, которая выглядит благородно. Это белый цвет.
С другой стороны, турецкие войска на территории соседнего государства – своеобразный аналог российских “ихтамнетов” на Донбассе. Поэтому Кремль, который отправил своих военных в Сирию по просьбе единственного относительно легитимного правителя этой страны, не устает твердить, что только подопечные Шойгу гремят оружием возле провинции Идлиб законно. “Все остальные военные других стран находятся в Сирии в противоречиях нормам и принципам международного права”, – заявил голос Путина Песков, явно намекая на турков.
Более того, Россия обвиняет турецкую власть в поддержке курдских террористов точно так же, как Украина обвиняет Россию в поддержке донецких “трактористов”.
На фоне этого проект Эрдогана о квазигосударстве для беженцев на территории Сирии выглядит ничем не лучше кремлевской Малороссии на украинском Донбассе. Это черный цвет.
В отличии от своих менее опытных и зеленых коллег, президент Турции – тертый калач, который не стесняется ссориться с партнерами и высказывать им все, что у него на уме. Посоветовать Макрону проверить мозг, шантажировать Меркель открытием границы для беженцев, обвинить американцев в попытках разрушить турецкую экономику, обозвать Израиль террористическим государством или просто сбить российский военный самолет – это запросто. Все это совершенно не мешает турецкому президенту тесно контактировать и с европейскими лидерами, и с Трампом, регулярно просить их о помощи и даже хранить в коробочке еврейскую “Медаль за отвагу”. Кстати, было время, когда Эрдоган обнимался с Асадом и называл его братом.
Так что недавняя любовь с Путиным изначально выглядела как легкий курортный роман двух диктаторов, который рано или поздно должен был закончится.
Не в пример украинскому президенту Реджеп Эрдоган не считает, что сирийский конфликт можно уладить, “просто перестав стрелять”, поэтому просто попросил Владимира Владимировича уйти с его пути в Сирии. А потом начал стрелять. Такой себе техасский рейнжер с турецким ятаганом в руке и американскими ядерными ракетами в кармане.
В то же время у Эрдогана хватает здравомыслия понять, что конфликт в Сирии бряцаньем оружия не уладить. Во всяком случае готовящаяся на 5 марта встреча с Путиным дает основания так думать. Еще пару дней назад Кремль отрицал возможность прямого контакта президентов Турции и России, а сейчас готовится к “непростой встрече”. Наверное, глазам Путина есть что показать глазам Эрдогана.
