470 производителей «белого» мяса в Мраморноморском регионе и 400 в Эгейском регионе Турции свернули производство из-за увеличения затрат. Многие компании не могут вернуть долги.
По данным турецких производителей мяса птицы (TÜKEBİR), в регионе Сакарья-Коджаэли из 1465 производителей закрылись 470, в Эгейском регионе из 3 тысяч фирм остановили производство 400 предприятий.
Всего в Турции насчитывается около 14 тысяч производителей мяса птицы. По информации сопредседателя TÜKEBİR Османа Байраклы, порядка 50% из них планируют закрыться в декабре 2018 года.
