Не родившиеся близнецы и тюремные стены
Нурхаят Йылдыз арестовали на третьем году брака. Не посмотрели даже на ее беременность, молодая мама ожидала двойню. В тюремной камере, где она содержалась, рассчитанной на восемь человек, одновременно находилось 25 женщин. Нурхаят потеряла близнецов в условиях заключения. После перенесенной операции 28-летняя девушка испытала серьезную психологическую и физическую травму. Кроме всего прочего ей не назначили лечение и не смягчили меру пресечения. Семье не выдали тела детей для захоронения.
Трагедия в Синопе
Синоп, город на севере Турции стал одним из эпицентров нарушений прав человека в период режима чрезвычайного положения. Корреспондентам новостного портала AktifHaber удалось разузнать о трагедии, произошедшей с Нурхаят Йылдыз. История молодой женщины, которая потеряла двойню в мрачных стенах тюрьмы, впишется черными буквами в историю всего человечества. Ни матери, ни ее семье не предоставили возможность похоронить детей. До сих пор остается неизвестным, что стало с телами не родившихся младенцев.
Сняли с автобуса и арестовали
28-летняя Нурхаят Йылдыз была обычной домохозяйкой. Через три года совместной жизни в браке она с трепетом собиралась стать мамой. На первом плановом осмотре врач сообщила что будет двойня. Счастью не было границ. Беременность проходила без осложнений. Муж остался без работы и семья вернулась в родные края, но это их ни сколько не огорчало, поскольку все с волнением ожидали первенцев. 29 августа 2016 года Нурхаят с супругом отправилась из деревни близь Синопа в город Самсун для планового медосмотра. Автобус, в котором они ехали, остановили для проверки. Нурхаят Йылдыз задержали без объяснений. В то время она была на четырнадцатой неделе беременности. После задержания её направили в суд, заключили под стражу и перевели в тюрьму города Синоп.
Тюрьма, выкидыш и другие злоключения
Тюремные условия, в которых оказалась беременная, были ужасными. В камере, рассчитанной на 8 человек, находилось 25 женщин. Элементарно не хватало воздуха, не говоря уже о санитарии и гигиены. Нурхаят нужна была здоровая пища, о которой оставалось лишь мечтать. С каждым днем психическое и физическое состояние беременной двойней девушки ухудшалось. На сороковой день пребывания в тесной камере у неё случился выкидыш. Нурхаят Йылдыз готовилась впервые стать мамой, однако в одночасье все надежды рухнули. Зло на этом не заканчивалось. Семья попыталась забрать тела не родившихся младенцов чтобы похоронить, но все запросы остались безрезультатными. Тела детей так и не были выданы. Подавленная Нурхаят, её муж и семья не выполнили последний долг перед покойными малышами – не смогли установить даже надгробие. Многочисленные запросы о том, что же стало с телами детей, тоже не принесли результатов.
Потерянное здоровье
Физическое и психическое здоровье Нурхаят Йылдыз подорвано. После хирургической операции, дальнейшее обследование и сопутствующее лечение должны были проводиться в стенах больницы под присмотром врачей, однако на лечение Нурхаят так и не отправили. Родственники, которые навещают не состоявшуюся маму, говорят что она избегает любых разговоров про не родившихся близняшек. Единственное что она говорит: «Лучше мне умереть, чем ходить по этой земле». Родные крайне обеспокоены её здоровьем и психическим состоянием.
