«Чтобы заполучить должность надо быть выпускником религиозного лицея имам-хатиб или быть уроженцем Трабзона. В выборе государственных служащих присутствует человеческий фактор. Я не имею ввиду политику», – сказал Йылмаз на симпозиуме «Бандырма и окружающая среда».
Критики эрдогановского режима отмечают, что высказывания Йылмаза являются прямым доказательством наличия в структурах власти, управляемой ПСР, фаворитизма и непотизма.
