Газета Duvar сообщает, что депутат ПСР Мустафа Караходжагил поинтересовался, есть ли в поправках какие-либо положения, ограничивающие свободу объединений, например, членство в ассоциациях и участие в органах управления. Депутат ПСР Муджахит Дурмушоглу задал вопрос о существовании каких-либо ограничений для ассоциаций по сбору помощи и какова цель поправок в Закон о сборе помощи? Депутат ПСР Имран Кылыч отметил, что адвокаты включены в определение «обязанная сторона» в статье 2 Закона о предотвращении отмывания доходов, полученных преступным путем. Может ли такая ситуация отрицательно сказаться на праве на защиту?
